How long did it take you to reach your goal?
Is that a realistic time scale or did you have to struggle to reach it?
What is your daily intake of food like now? What does a day’s menu look like for you? Which foods feature most strongly? Are there any you don’t eat anymore and why?
What do your clothes look like on you? Have you made any colour changes to your usual style?
What size clothes are you wearing and which sort of shops are you shopping in?
Imagine you put a pound coin or a dollar in a jar every time you lost a pound in weight. How many pounds or dollars did you have to buy new clothes with?
How do you feel when you look in the mirror?
What are people saying to you?
How do you feel in your usual chair?
How do you feel in your jeans?
Has anything changed about your legs or feet? If so, please describe.
How is your sex life now?
Is there anything else you particularly notice?
Now that you are at your goal (for now) weight, what do you have that you didn’t have before?
