This recording is particularly helpful if you have the first Growth CD and would now like a change, or if you need a deeper level of hypnosis to help stamp out your trichotillomania. This CD deals with reducing the urge to pull as well as changing the behavior of pulling. These recordings DO require regular repetition and we recommend that you play your recording at least once a day for at least 30 days.
